  1. Raspberry, Almond, and Coconut Overnight Oats


  • ½ a cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ a cup of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ a cup of raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
  • ½ a tablespoon of sliced almonds


Method of preparation :

Pour the milk in a jar and add the oats,  honey,raspberries, ground cinnamon, and extract. Then, mix them well, cover the jar with a lid, and store in the fridge overnight. Add the shredded coconut and the sliced almonds in the morning and it is ready.

  1. Nut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats


  • ½ a cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted nuts of choice

Method of preparation:

Pour the almond milk in the jar and then stir in the nut butter.  Blend and add the sliced banana and rolled oats. One again mix the ingredients, cover the jar with a lid, and refrigerate. Next morning, add some nuts and milk and serve.

  1. Blueberry Walnuts Overnight Oats


  • ½ a cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds


Get a mason jar and mix all the ingredients in it, making sure the oats are fully submerged into the liquid. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

Stir in a little extra milk in the morning  and serve.
