Tina experienced a heart attack while hiking with her 30-year-old husband, Brian. Her condition was critical, and Brian was the first to do CPR on her when he saw she was not breathing. Fortunately, he was able to save her, although Tina nearly died several times between the times the ambulance arrived and when she was ultimately transferred to the hospital. Medics had to resuscitate her six times. This resulted in Tina being “dead” for 27 minutes.
Despite receiving much-needed medical attention, this mother of four remained on the verge of death and unable to communicate. Brian prayed for Tina day and night. He prayed God to save her and restore her to him. When medics told him she’d recovered consciousness, he believed his desire had been accomplished.
Tina was still susceptible. She gathered her strength and motioned for a pen and paper. The physicians and her family felt she had something vital to communicate. When they handed her the pen, she wrote a scary message on the piece of paper. Those who were present reported that her remarks sent chills down their spines.
