The statement explains Mrs. Carter’s individual outlook on life and “carers.” “There are only four types of people in the world: those who have provided care in the past, those who doing so now, those who will provide care in the future, and those who will need to do so,” the statement reads. Mrs. Carter frequently made this observation. “We do not expect to comment further and ask for understanding for our family and for everyone throughout the country serving in a carer role,” the statement’s final words said.
